How do I access the courses I ordered?
A PDF file will be emailed to you.
How long will it take for me to receive the PDF?
You will usually receive the file quickly (within the hour). If you have placed your order outside
of business hours, it will take longer.
I haven't received my files yet.
Check your spam / junk mail folder. Oftentimes emails with attachments will get sent there
automatically by your internet service provider.
How do I submit my answers?
You are given directions with your PDF files, please take the time to read them. Your answers
can be submitted by email, fax, or by regular mail.

How will I know if I passed?
You will receive a certificate of completion by email within 24 hours. Once again, check your
spam / junk mail folder as it might be there.
Do you report to CE Broker for the Florida Board of Acupuncture?
Absolutely, it is the responsibility of a provider to electronically submit information for
licensees to CE Broker.
How do I renew my Florida License?
You should receive a post card in November of the renewal year ( giving you 4 months to renew).
You must have your current address listed with the Department of Health . This postcard will have
your pin number to use when renewing on line. The website is: www.flhealthsource.com
I am licensed as an acupuncturist in more than one state, will these CEU's be credited to
all licenses I hold?
Yes. With the exception of California, Florida and Texas, all states accept NCCAOM
courses. Check your states requirements here:
